Title 24 Part 6 is not designed to be friendly. It is designed to be specific. We translate the project in front of you into the forms the jurisdiction expects, and we tell you — early — which HERS measures, QII, and special features the inspector is going to look for.

The principals at AAE are subject-matter experts on code compliance for three of the four California investor-owned utilities. Bruce Cheney has been instructing building departments on energy code since 2013. That is the difference between a form that passes and a form that creates a two-week stall at plan check.
