A HERS/ECC rating is field proof for the permit, not a marketing score. We test ducts, airflow, the envelope, and insulation quality, then register CF-3Rs in CHEERS so the inspector can close the job. Results go in the same day when the registry allows. That is registration speed, not a same-day site visit.
